Stayed here for the 4th time, absolutely love it, the room is very clean. Awesome night sleeps the bed is very comfortable . Very affordable stay will definitely come back again. The staff are very friendly and helpful

Cleaning of rooms don't happen everyday was not informed and the heat pump wasn't not working in room 41, room 42 the TV was not working, and the staff mentioned room 43 was lucky to have it clean by housekeeping staff, overall experience was poor

Staff really helpful had an issue with my TV and they immediately sorted, couldn’t fix TV so found me another room. Would recommend!!

2 levels, if you require an elevator for access enquire directly to double check I didnt see an elevator.
The room was nice but the TV wouldnt display (no signal) and I wasnt able to get it working. Called desk after-hours for assistance but gave up.
I will definitely stay here again

Was up stairs that were difficult for my senior mum. No lift. Suitcases etc were very challenging to manoeuvre. Our fault they told me for not specifying wheelchair access - but she doesn’t need a wheeelchair! TV wouldn’t work. Such a weird place to exit - gates were tied up. Bit of an odd vibe.

I haven’t received check in details and had to call numerous callers to get the night staff to supply check in card. Room was good but the fridge was very noisy. The room needs to have some utensils like spoon to stir your hot drinks. There was no front desk staff the morning to find some information and to get a breakfast card
Other the bad comments, it is good place for stay over for couple of nights.
