Fantastycznie Rooms were small, but clean with fant amenities. It is located really well near the station, and a grocery store behind the station. Tons of restaurants near by and a family mart at the hotel door

The entry looked like the Titanic - very elegant with a very spacious locker for luggage. The room was normal, but nice. Tiny, but clean. Brekky was boring chicken miso sandwich or half a hotdog with cheese and boring coffee. Staff were very very friendly and helpful.

Loved my stay at the Prince Smart in Nagoya! Friendly, helpful staff, great selection of amenities and the rooms were perfectly sized and very clean. Location was brilliant, centre of town, 2 minute walk from the nearest subway and using the subway about 10 mins from the main Nagoya Station. Would absolutely recommend this hotel - nice walk to Osu Kannon Shrine, surrounded by restaurants and convenience stores and in close proximity to all experiences. Perfect value for money - my favourite of all the hotels I stayed at in Japan. Would return immediately and woukd recommend to anyone travelling to Nagoya.

The room could use a luggage rack, a safe (don’t know why there wasn’t one), body lotion and a hand towel. Only one towel? Is it really too much to ask for a bottle of water upon check-out? I only had coffee, no doughy breakfast, so I should have gotten one. The young woman in the breakfast area reminded me of a stern school mistress. She should not deal with the public. The older woman was lovely. The two front steps should have some kind of reflective tape. They could be dangerous. Would I stay there again? No.

Great hotel staff. Includes free breakfast but keep in mind options are limited. Also during the colder months the common area (lobby) is extremely cold. Still affordable and would highly recommend.
