They put us in what they already knew was a smelly room. We had to move to a different room. The maintenance guy said yes this room is always smelly. We are platinum travelers and our flight to Borneo was rescheduled 3 times. They didn't care at all. They would not refund any of our money. I would never go back here ever.

I did like that it was in a convenient location, but the room itself was not very clean.
The bathroom didnt look like it had been cleaned properly (toilet had stains on it) and the room itself stank very badly of smoke. We tried ventilating the room but even 2 days after the smell lingered.

Nice comfortable place, near to major attractions. Just a little improvement need to do. Which is to ensure all appliances in the property are in good condition before letting guess check in.

There was a severe lack of services to fix problems identified in the apartment. The wifi was not working in either of the rooms and all we were told is it couldn't be fixed. We also had to pay extra money for towels that we wanted to use at the pool. Those towels were taken from us during the 1 in 3 day room cleaning services. I ask for them back but no attempt was made to provide them.

STAY AWAY, FRAUD!!!!! Booked weeks in advance and when I arrived - after a 16 hours flight they let me wait in the lobby for 15 minutes and finally guided me to a higher floor where their "front desk" is actually located - they informed me that my room was not available due to "repairs due in the room". They told me that I would have to get in touch w expedia which was impossible. EXPEDIA I WILL CALL YOU AS SOON AS IM BACK IN THE STATES AND I WILL WANT ALL MY MONEY RETURNED. You should pay me on top for all the hassle with that fraudulent property. AGAIN: STAY AWAY FRAUDULENT OFFER ON EXPEDIA!!!!

The checking-in and checking-out process was so painful. The lack of communication from the reception was frustrating. Two guys sitting in their comfortable chair and looked like they did not want to be there.

The unit i was in was clean and inngood repair. My favorite part was the shower, i absolutely loved the rain fall shower they had.
