El primer día llovió muy duro en San Miguel, la entrada del departamento se inundó, informamos a recepción y pasados unos minutos subió de recepción a entregarme un trapero y un balde para que yo limpiara porque ya no tenían personal. Absolutamente inaceptable.

Safety deposit box wasn’t working - main pool wasn’t working- shower main bedroom wasn’t working properly.

The property is great and a very beautiful place. I paid for breakfast for several days but my experience on day one is really bas almost 2 hours to wait and be served. So I wasted that money and the restaurant is something you should avoid

Foreigners BE CAREFUL BOOKING!!! They gave us a room with bad plumbing and when I told them about it the guy just went to spray fabuloso. The problem was interior and they knew it. Also be careful for additions charges, the entrance to enter makes no sense. This is nothing like the Krystal in Cancun. I would recommend going elsewhere!

The property make me stay for like 30 min after I checked out to see everything was okay at the room, but I forgot some expensive stuff, so if it supposed they check everything and they make you wait why they can’t tell you if you forget something:)

The cleaning staff was great. The reception and concierge service was not as helpful and there were never towels available for the pool. I liked the hotel location and space for the price.

Room: we had a 2 bdr 2 bath looks just like an apartment. Had a small kitchen which I didn't use. Very quiet, bed was comfy, AC working well and very chic looking.
Location: was safe and gated,clean and 15-20 min from El centro.
I arrived at 5am walked into the small lobby which was freezing cold and lonely. I thought maybe I can have breakfast hang out in waiting area for a bit but restaurant did not open until 8am so I ended up paying for a night just to stay warm and nap. Glad night were available.
Restaurant: food was not what I expected to be. Chilaquiles were chips with warm sauce,beans, rice and only on weekends. Kitchen closed early because we wanted a cocktail after 10pm.
Hotel: premises and main pool was nice. They have a section where people live there also.
