Fantastycznie Everything was great outside of parking. However we were able to find a reasonable place close by to park for the trip that allowed in out parking. However just be aware of that fact. Outside of that everything was amazing 100% would recommend

Fantastycznie I’m ready to go back to Chicago and stay at this hotel, it was quiet, neat, beds comfortable, bathroom super clean and pretty rooms. I like the privacy, contactless.

Świetnie The location is fantastic and the unit is clean. Communication was a challenge and reminded me that the perk of staying in a hotel is faster customer service.
The first steamer I had smelled like mildew and mold, it made my clothes smell bad. I requested an iron and got another moldy smelling steamer hours after I requested. I made it work for the event I attended, but it wasn’t ideal. I recommend that they replace all steamers because the sitting water is an issue.
The best thing about the unit is the close proximity to food options including the meet-try Mario’s Italian Lemonade. It’s also about a 30-minute walk to the United Center and about a 15-minute walk to the blue line, Racine stop.

Fantastycznie Loved our stay at the neighborhood! Nice quiet area with parking nearby. We stayed here with our 3 kids. The two bedrooms with a pull out couch in the living room was a great setup. Felt like we were staying in an apartment in a very walkable setting.

Dobrze We stayed at the little Italy for about 5 days. Our first morning we were awakened by loud footsteps from the room above ours. I’ve never been in a hotel where you can hear the footsteps of the person above you. Then every weekday morning at 7am you hear the loud garbage truck emptying the garbage containers. I asked to be moved to a different room but was denied even though the host said that the person above us was checking out. The footstep noise went away once the person above us finally checked out. Additionally, there are NO amenities at this hotel not even a gym or a vending machine. Absolutely nothing. The rooms are much smaller than we expected especially for a one bedroom apartment. The refrigerator and stove/oven were miniature and not full sized. One highlight of the room was the washer/dryer combo. The best part of the stay is the neighborhood. It’s definitely a vibe. Kimura ayce sushi across the street is a must. Overall this hotel is way overpriced for the room size and lack of hotel amenities. Oh I almost forgot that there is absolutely NO parking. Good luck with finding a pay spot during the day. This is a $200 a night hotel stay maximum. Paying over $300 a night with a total bill of over $1600 felt like highway robbery. I will definitely find a better stay next time for that price point!

Loved the space! Beautiful, clean, and modern. Items that were provided was the cherry on top (malin+goetz, laundry detergent, dish soap, sponge, coffee grounds, sugar and cream, etc) to make my stay smooth and convenient. I enjoyed the part of town it was in as it’s quiet but close enough to get to downtown or other parts of Chicago to explore. Communication was effective and quick. Definitely going to keep the company in mind for future travels.
