We were a party of 15 staying at the Malmaison for a wedding. The staff couldn't have been any lovelier. I cant recommend the hotel enough. We also ate there on the Friday night and were very well looked after. The hotel itself was beautiful and perfectly situated in the centre of town. Definitely worth a stay if coming to Manchester.

Perfect location, rooms great, breakfast great, staff great. Only thing that let this trip down was the rude awakening of the fire alarms at 7am that appeared to be a false alarm...not once but twice and no apology when checking out. Would still stay here again though as the hotel is great

Great stay with a lovely breakfast. The young Ukrainian gentleman on reception is a credit to your business.

Beautiful hotel and room fantastic breakfast.
Very noisy though with the road outside so we didn't sleep perhaps earplugs in the room would be good.

Nice hotel, room and bathroom, good breakfast and friendly reception staff. Only downside was we couldn’t get a drink in the rooftop bar even though it was quiet - was told it was fully booked and there was hardly anyone in there!
