Fantastycznie Had a wonderful stay, those croissants for breakfast were to die for. The place was so beautiful and the beach view and beach bar was so convenient. Truly had a wonderful stay

Niko was great with communication. Cocovaa was so cute, perfect for my quick stay. The bar/restaurant next door had good food and friendly staff. The beach was so calm and quiet. I will 100% be back.

The room needs a little TLC, it had some minor issues, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable, had a great view right on the water's edge, and the property manager was friendly and super responsive. Not sure how the crowds are normally, but last week (May) there were only 2 or 3 other people at the hotel so it felt like I had my own little private resort, with a great chill beach bar immediately next door (i think I ate my weight in fresh ceviche and fried plantains). This is a dead-end area so there's no pass-through traffic or herds of tourists which is nice, yet it is still very convenient to the Maho area, Mullet Bay, and the marinas along Welfare Rd where a lot of the boat charters dock.

Property is right outside the beach. Right in the beach. Property needs upgrades and the room wasn’t clean when I arrived but staff is very helpful and cleaned up right away. I wouldn’t stay here again unless they upgraded my room also there were bugs in the room.

The place was extremely clean, safe and tranquil.. I honestly have no complaints. Nicco and his family were so welcoming and amazing throughout my stay. The breakfast pastries provided in the morning were absolutely delicious as well.

One of my favorite parts was that you literally walk out of your room straight onto the beach, which made the experience even more relaxing and beautiful.
I will definitely be back! I loved the vibe of the whole area. You do hear the planes landing, but honestly it wasn’t a bother to me at all…if anything, I found it peaceful. The bathroom was also a 10/10.
Staying with Nicco is a no doubt recommendation!🙏

There was a bit of seeweed on the beach. But other than that, the stay was perfect.
