I didn’t like that there wasn’t a refrigerator in the room. I didn’t like that the air freshener was constantly pumped into the room, not good for someone who has asthma or allergies. I didn’t like the bed, no structure, you couldn’t even sit on the edge of the bed without falling off. I didn’t like that the floor was painted concrete, so hard and cold. I didn’t like that when I called the front desk at 2am they didn’t answer, my husband had to physically go downstairs to the front desk. The best thing was the person who checked me into the hotel, I can’t remember his name, but he was SUPER NICE AND HELPFUL.

Fantastycznie Great stay while our son was doing a camp at Columbia University. He could walk there/back (he’s 17). Large rooms for New York, beautiful interiors. Restaurant is high quality. Street outside is a little crazy but…it’s NYC so that’s expected. Vibrant crowd in the lobby bar/restaurant - more of an adult vibe, not a lot of kids. Nice gym. Decent view from room (tallest building around so you can see far. 10 minute walk to Central Park.
