Great slippers and robes! The breakfast had a selection of local options, fresh fruit, breads and an omelette station. The lobby is beautiful and staff is great! Night time staff did not speak much English but you can manage with a translating app. We did not use the gym or pool but both areas looked wonderful. The location near a large mall and near the metro was very convenient! The Zumiao temple was only a 30 minute ride via metro. The main reason we reserved this hotel was because it was one of few that offered a washer/dryer - it worked, but please plan for a 2 hour drying cycle because none of the shorter ones worked. This hotel offers a kitchen and actually offers plates, cutlery etc. (we stayed at another property that had a kitchen but nothing to cook with). We would stay here again!

Worst hotel ive ever stayed at, and now theyre keeping my money for unknown reason, they dont respond to any calls or emails from myself or expedia. Absolutely disappointing.

We are a party of five with three families two generations so an apartment hotel with a large dinning/family room fits our bill. We have a good time at Ascott M City. Super satisfied with our two bed room suite, and the friendly staff. In particular, Mr. Wu went above and beyond his required duties to help us to get the car, to send up food delivery without we ever asked for.
