Very excellent place to stay if you are trying to get in and out of st kitts.very affordable. Staff was great.

Good for a short layover.

This stay provided exactly what my husband and I needed for our time here. It was nestled in the community and did not feel very touristy. Everyone we met was kind, especially when you greet them. It was walking distance from markets, malls, etc., including Pelican Shopping Mall, Port Zante, and Independence Square, and Basseterre Public Market. Not to mention the water right outside of the hotel and supermarket beneath the hotel for quick buys. The Colosseum is also walking distance from local vendors and restaurants. Great food, fruits and veggies, and drinks. Our wedding party was on the Southeast Peninsula in the Villas but we wanted to be by ourselves and still close to them. So again, perfect place. You can hear the nightlife, roosters, and cats and still get a great night's sleep. We only had one instance of water bugs in the restroom, but honestly did not bother us. Elsewhere people had issues with lizards and the monkeys, but we did not have this issue here. We would absolutely stay here in the future and highly recommend for anyone who wants less of the touristy experience while still being in close proximity to those places and spaces.

Central location in the city, entrance not in ground level so prepare to climb some stairs

Great place to stay if you're on a tight budget and just to stay somewhere comfortable.

Very nice guest house, clean and friendly staff......

The location was perfect. Close to the bus terminal ferry terminal and my dive boat. Plenty of eating options. Everything was a 5 to ten minute walk. The room was very nice. New tile on the floor and in the whole bathroom. Plenty of hot water. T v worked fine. I got to watch free movies on youtube channel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. He helped me do a load of laundry for free. There was a supermarket downstairs from the hotel. Perfect!
