Staff was excellent. Rooms and public areas very clean. Sofa bed in room needs a refresh. Lobby furniture needs cleaning.

Bed was awesome! Breakfast was good but I wish it started a little earlier. We had to catch a plane before they started serving! Staff was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. Nice to have a kitchen in room also!!

Overall this is a decent hotel The main drawback is its location: Not encouraging. It is far from the main historic areas. More importantly, one feels unsafe walking in that neighborhood particularly in the evening. I would not go back mainly because of safety in adjacent areas.

Great stay. First time in Boston. Staff was great. Checking on us from the second we arrived. Will stay there again if we go to Boston again.

Świetnie
Very good in an affordable Roxbury. Spacious rooms. Buses or 10 walk mins to Orange line/Ruggles. We did not have a car but $50 for overnight valet seems expensive.
