Fairly comfortable beds, nice room but temperamental air con which isn’t good in Bangkok in April, no city maps on reception for guests which I thought was strange. Staff friendly, breakfast good and coffee wonderful.

Very friendly staff, especially at breakfast! The non-buffet style breakfast (set menu) makes a nice change to most big hotels.
The rooms really need some more hooks in the bathroom though!

Cool hotel in a trendy neighbourhood. Spacious, modern rooms and access to a pool area was a great spot to relax. Loved the local recommendations and all of the staff were absolutely lovely.

The staff especially Tham was excellent he is the best front desk receptionist I have ever encountered in my 50 years of travel. This company should make him the customer service rep for the company they could not go wrong. He is a great asset for the hotel.

Loved that there was a 7 11 just outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was big which was great cause it gave us enough space to lay our luggage. Water was replenished every day. Beds were very comfortable.
Nothing we did not like but perhaps a hook in the shower area to hang our clothes would have been helpful.
