Amazing hotel, fantastic location, beautiful inside with great facilities and great decor . Very helpful staff too. Definitely recommend to families or couples or solo travellers.

The personnel at the front desk namely Claire Nikola and Amanda were polite very helpful which facilitated an efficient check in and check out . They made recommendations for places of interest & restaurants in Bordeaux and transportation The personnel in the restaurant in the bar and restaurant were efficient and polite The hotel is well located and linked to the transport network.We would not hesitate to stay at the hotel when visiting Bordeaux Richard and Bernice

My only issue was that the power went out every day. This was most likely due to the excessive heat during our stay.

Excellent location - super convenient to the tram lines A and F which can get you just about anywhere. The AC didn’t work in my room, so they moved me (twice), but they did everything they could to accommodate and make it right. Staff was very kind and responsive.

The room was modern and comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, and the breakfast staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive throughout my stay. However, the shower water pressure was extremely weak—more like a gentle trickle than a proper shower. As someone with long hair, I found myself spending nearly twice as long showering as usual. After the first night, I mentioned the issue to the front desk and asked whether it might be possible to change rooms. They told me a technician would come and take a look. I’m not sure whether anyone checked it, but unfortunately nothing improved during the rest of my stay.

The location is very convenient and close to the cathedral st Andre and the hotel de ville. Also about 5 min to most bistros. The staff at reception was amazing. Claire was so professional and knowledgeable she helped us plan our stay. Amande as well as most of the personnel. We recommend this hotel. The only negative point there was no little fridge in the room.
