Perfect stay!

Clean, modern, and romantic hotel. Perfect for the first stop of our Honeymoon. We got a room with an Eiffel Tower view, and it was amazing! We had the breakfast buffet each morning, it was consistent and delicious with a lot of options, also with an amazing view. The restaurant was also a great option for dinner. Though it was very busy around sunset so I recommend reservations. The neighborhood is ok, safe, but boring. There isn't much around since it is near the train yard. However, it does have very easy subway access, and a grocery shop across the street. The hotel and restaurant staff were friendly, and tried their best to accommodate our English. We would happily stay here again the next time we visit Paris!

Excellent hôtel et très belle chambre supérieure ! Le petit déjeuner était impeccable avec beaucoup de choix, avec une magnifique vue sur la ville et la Tour Eiffel. Mon frigo étant en panne a été immédiatement changé ! Très efficace et sympathique comme service, également à l'accueil et au restaurant.

My wife, daughter, and I stayed here for eight days and left deeply disappointed. The room was spacious and the in-room amenities were decent — but that is where the positives end. The service is virtually non-existent for a supposed four-star hotel. No drinking water is provided in the room. There is no room service whatsoever. When we asked for the simplest things to be brought to our room — at one point, just an empty glass — the staff flatly refused. Every basic request was met with indifference or outright rejection. The rooftop restaurant was even worse. The staff were arrogant, unhelpful, and it was impossible not to notice that guests were not treated equally. The difference in how we were attended to compared to others was stark and deeply uncomfortable. We were made to feel unwelcome in a way that went far beyond poor service — it felt deliberate. No guest should ever be made to feel like a second-class customer. A beautiful view does not compensate for a staff that makes you feel unwanted. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I urge management to seriously reflect on the culture within their walls.

Another creative masterpiece by Philippe Starck. Eccentric artwork everywhere. The rooms are equipped with all the essential amenities to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. The panoramic views of the city are breathtaking, binoculars are provided in the rooms for some extra fub. Staff are genuinely friendly and happy to help wherever needed

June 2026 ......100 Degrees......we had AC. King-size bed....compact shower.....Blackout electronic shades and blinds. All the Electronic switches were clearly labeled. I stayed for 10 nights and had no issues going in and out of the area. 25th floor 5.star restaurant....27th floor rooftop lounge and club. Fitness center did not utilize.

Great stay overall! The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very welcoming. The only downside was that the bathroom was quite small, but it was functional and didn’t take away from an otherwise enjoyable experience.

Would recommend a stay in this hotel. Hope to be back sometime

I like the front desk staff the most. They spoke perfect English and was extremely helpful with directions with the metro. They offered valuable suggestions. Most of all I like their professionalism and their wonderful smiles. I was happy everyday to see them. My length of stay was 12 days and I felt like I was home.

You can see the Eiffel tower from your breakfast table every morning. From your room, you get a nice view of the city. Good selection for breakfast and it was filing. Staff at the restaurant were super helpful. A special thanks to Fatou, who went over and beyond to meet our needs. We looked forward to her warm greetings every morning at breakfast. Nice and quiet location but close to public transportation. Hotel felt safe.
