I've stayed in many hotels in China, and this is the best I've ever been in. The Internet is fantastic ... I could just carry on business as usual. The fitness center is good and very well maintained. The bar had a fantastic gin and tonic, and they even stayed open late for jetlagged me. I had a huge stack of student papers I needed to scan in, and they gladly did it for me. The English level was surprisingly good. Only two people couldn't handle my requests: the omlette chef (and I was able to finish in Chinese) and the poor guy I asked to scan my paper (I had no idea how to say "feed scanner" in Chinese). Room was big, clean, and had a fantastic view. My only complaints are that I wish they had regular water at breakfast and I couldn't find the bathroom light switch for a while. Already thinking about excuses to come back.

Wonderful hotel, room was large and had great views. In the new modern part of Suzhou. The staff was very helpful especially Gavin the concierge. He way out of his way to help us navigate Suzhou. Also has plenty of restaurants near by. I have to call out the beauty of this part of town,

From arranging pickup from airport to arrival at hotel, Steven went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile truly set him apart. Steven's commitment to providing exceptional service is truly commendable. He made my stay memorable and exceeded all expectations.

Apart from confusion at check in, all is great for this hotel. Well maintained right down to the food catered at the Horizon Lounge. We even get night nutritional double boiled dessert amidst other little touches. So pampered. Well done to the GM and team.
