Well the room wasn't very clean, there was a baby pacifier under the bed, also the pull out bed was horrible!! Also we booked it specifically for the pool & when we got there the lady was like oh I'm sorry, the pool is under construction. Also it took about 30 minutes or more for her to check me in, cuz she couldn't find my reservation when I had my receipt on my phone. So the whole trip was blah....

I have always been satisfied w Holiday Inn until recently, they have new coffee machines. The coffee tastes awful, like vinegar..😫.. And at this particular location, I was looking forward to using the pool, which, was, under construction!! Also, the air conditioner ran constantly! Disturbing while trying to sleep. And I did not have it on the constant fan setting. 😞 I found the bed comfortable, although the other bed was not, for my adult children., I do always like their check out time. 😌

Great stay everyone was nice. Good sized room and clean. Pool was under construction though. Would have been nice to have known that.
