Great tour!! We booked the 3rd level in a group of 3, I highly recommend. The reviews are 100% right :) This was my first experience caving, so my bad stamina + minor heart issues was a concern (informed the receptionist during briefing, and she reassured me it would be fine). Our guide, Najmi, was very attentive and understanding, stopping for frequent breaks and check-ins. Level 3 was perfect, the first 2 levels are just a lot of stair climbing, but after that you walk through cold, crisp, clean water. Najmi was very calm and reassuring throughout the tour, especially the parts where we slid down rocks and crawled through short tunnels, he handled our fear very well! We LOVED the experience.
Transport and food was great! They provided so much snacks and food that we couldn't finish it haha. Showers were clean!! Everyone at Riverbug was so kind, even the receptionist gave us food recommendations <3 What a wonderful experience! I'm so glad I booked with Riverbug. Thanks Najmi!!

Wszystko jest bardzo dobrze zorganizowane i zaplanowane. Od odbioru aż do końca wędrówki. Zakwaterowanie w schronisku w parku Kinabalu było fantastyczne. Wędrówka była jednak dość trudna, zwłaszcza ta o 2:30 rano na szczyt. Trzeba było dopłacić przewodnikowi i za transport powrotny do miejsca zakwaterowania, ponieważ przekroczono ustalony czas.

Świetna wspinaczka zarówno dla początkujących, jak i doświadczonych wspinaczy, którzy chcą spróbować bardziej technicznego szlaku! Eddie i zespół byli niezwykle wspierający i doświadczeni! Na pewno zrobiłbym to ponownie! Dziękuję również za podwiezienie do Jaskiń Batu po wspinaczce!

Really eye opening and fun experience at the caves! There were so many bats and its fascinating to see them up close. We were lucky to spot a black widow spider as well. Mr Jacky, our guide, was just the best, very affable and knowledgeable about wildlife. We also learnt a lot about Kuching culture and got many food recommendations from him.

Miłe doświadczenie z moimi członkami rodziny. Spędziliśmy tam prawie 4 godziny, zmęczeni, ale bawiliśmy się świetnie. Na pewno odwiedzimy ponownie.
