Weather so cold but the places so nice...The tour guide is so pleasant and very accommodating.

Although it was a bummer that no flowers were blooming during the autumn season, but the landscape of yellow ginko trees made the experience worthwhile! Appreciate tour guide Basten for the bilingual translation 🙏🏼 and the driver's safe & quick transport, which was long.

Overall a really nice experience and I do think the tour was made excellent by our guide, Arafat who was really professional, funny, engaging and ensured he kept to the time. It was his strict adherence to timing that allowed our group to finish all planned itinerary. Arafat is very fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese - perfect for a mixed group of guests! If I were to visit Hokkiado again and I'm looking for a tour to join in, I would choose the tour Arafat is leading over others! 👍🏻

今日天氣很好！非常幸運！導遊用普通話和英文介紹每個景點，令車上的乘客都聽得懂景點的資料。導遊亦會幫忙在午餐時協助每個團友用買券機購買午餐，令整個午餐過程順利不少。導遊在接送或對每個景點的逗留時間都拿捏得很準時，這也是因為經驗吧，而各位團友也非常合作，最後也能順利在完成的時間回到落車點，亦會跟團友分享附近值得吃飯或逛街的地方。非常充實的一天。

导游小潘很热情，行程组织也安排有序， 车上给我们讲了很多日本好吃的，好玩的，还有各种风俗。唯一可惜就是精灵露台由于关闭无法前往，改成品清酒。 这次北海道一日游看到了可爱的企鹅， 美英清池和白须瀑布， 都是我向往已久，且不虚此行的景点。 北海道很美， 以后有机会再来
