The air conditioning in our room is not working for the entire time we were there .we were not informed that the AC was not working until we asked .we were told it will be fixed the next day but it was never fixed . They put an electric fan in our room .

Alleenstaand verblijf

While this isn't a 5 star hotel, all you had to do was ask for something & the staff was happy to help! The right attitude towards customers :) About a 15 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Only 1-5 minutes to local restaurants, wine shops, cheese shops, & grocery stores.

The location is excellent, which makes the stay very convenient. The rooms, however, are tiny and minimally equipped: no drawers, very limited luggage space, no kettle, and the water bottles are simply refilled rather than replaced, so if you discard them, you won’t receive fresh ones.

Bonjour! We stayed here for 8 days & 7 nights, and we love the place. Everything is nearby. The staff are excellent. Very safe & convenient in tourist spot & locals. We will be back. Merci beaucoup.

We stayed at the hotel for one night in August of 2025. When we arrived, we parked on the street and unloaded our luggage. We asked the front desk clerk where to park for the night and he said we could stay parked where we were. We double checked with him because we were nervous about being charged. He assured us it would be ok. Two days later, our credit card was charged $300 EUROS!!! Come to find out, it was NOT ok to park there and due to his incorrect information, we paid over $440 USD to park in front of their hotel. VERY UPSET and disgusted by the lack of honest customer service.
