The property is super nice and clean. However, what I didn't like or experience before is the fact that, staff at the front desk could notice guests have arrived carrying several lagagges and will not even attempt to open the door for the guest. Also they just conduct check in at the front desk and handover the room card and ask you to find your way to the room. No one cares if you can locate the or if you could handle your lagagges. Such a practice is not hospitality management that I know of. I hope they could do better to other guests.

Need to check shampoo stocks. Gets rancid and had a bad smell. Per maintenance , management mentioned that they need to dispose everything first before replacing a new one. Hence for the time being, shall not book HI , maybe in the next 4 months.

Over all, I ave been staying in this hotel every time i come visit Cebu City. This is my go hotel because of the staff, the cleanliness , the location and for its accessibility in everything as well as the room rates.
