基本上沒有大堂，前台沒有什麼服務，因為沒有升降機，我要將行李拎上二樓，房間是用鎖匙開關

Geweldig 部屋などは綺麗で良かったです。
食事が軽食でも8時スタートで、近くにコンビニもありませんので、それ以外は良かったです。

初めての利用でしたが、想像よりチープな印象でした。
ただチェックイン時のスタッフの方の対応は良かったですし、場所が分かりやすく、お店も近いので、滞在時間が短く、必要最低限のシャワーとベッドがあれば良いというのであれば便利だと思います。
私の時は運が悪いというかTVのリモコンが途中で電池切れか使えず不便でした。
1番計算外だったのはエレベーターがないことです。
チェックアウトの時に重いスーツケースを階下まで抱えたのは辛かったです。

職員有禮，客房整潔乾淨及寬敞，只是不能帶大型行李住宿，因為要搬一層樓梯，哈哈！步行至outlet 15分鐘內，整體住宿滿意。

I love this hotel, it has everything I need for a short ski break, price is good with a well fit condition, I like the area, it took me around 20mins walk to the crowd near Prince outlet and ski, but that’s what I enjoy to stay away from shopping center. One thing good for me, all heater and air conditioning can under personal control, as I don’t like over heat. A big open window good for fresh air!
