May 28- May 31 was our stay. We enjoyed our stay at the Pendry for our Anniversary. The only thing that made us disappointed was the fact that the hotel never acknowledged our anniversary. We’ve stay at all the Wharf area hotels for our anniversary in the past and each hotel either sent a happy anniversary cake or bottle of wine just to say congratulations and thank us for choosing their hotel for our very special occasion. The Pendry did nothing ☹️. I didn’t think that was too much to expect for our anniversary considering that it’s a very upscale hotel. Other than that oversight, we enjoyed our stay. Location is perfect, on the wharfe and near the Waterfront metro station. Great rooftop bar with excellent views over the potomac river.

Everything was clean and staff was very friendly.

Beautiful property with high-end fixtures, linens, toiletries and decor. The views from our corner suite were amazing and the Wharf area is a charming small community inside of Washington DC. I would definitely stay at this property again and give it five stars. My only critique would be on some minor choices that were a bit puzzling. For example, there was a mini bar fridge in the room but no fridge for personal use. There was a note that we could call the hotel staff if we needed a personal fridge, but the process seemed a little bizarre so we opted out. Another note would be that the hotel staff called our room to let us know we had complimentary valet parking, but we had already paid to park our vehicle at a nearby garage. Had we known in advance, we definitely would have used the gracious courtesy. Other than a few interesting quirks, it was a wonderful stay.

Traveling with a four-year-old… Memorial Day weekend in DC. The Pendry was perfect. The staff everywhere worked incredibly hard to please their guests and make things right despite the rain. And honestly, it is amazing to watch what a very well-mannered four-year-old does to win everyone over. Good manners go a long way, and watching people light up when interacting with a polite kid completely changed the energy and the mood.

Huge clean rooms and the best gym I’ve ever been to. Moonraker upstairs had amazing food, and views of many landmarks from balcony. Best hotel, staff was great, valet always on time.

Awesome hotel - truly amazing experience !!

Nice hotel and beautiful location but very very busy, difficult to get in and out. Front desk not very good for both check in and check out. Got there at 4:30 after travelling for quite a few hours and room not ready, my friend asked for us to be upgraded to a suite said the charge was $400 extra so we accepted. When we went to check out the charge was $300 extra per night. Another issue, on my booking I was supposed to get a $75 credit on food and beverage per day but refused to give it to us. We complained and they did drop the charge for the room. Front desk was either inexperienced or not managed properly.

Very pleased with my stay. Worth every penny and the location is amazing
