Do not rely on this hotel’s airport shuttle. The hotel claims that the shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but we waited for more than an hour without seeing it once. Meanwhile, shuttles from other hotels passed by several times. This was by far the worst hotel transfer experience I have ever had, and I strongly recommend choosing another hotel. When the shuttle finally appeared, it slowed down near us and then simply drove away without stopping. It returned about 40 minutes later, and the driver said that it had been full. Standing outside late at night with a child and waiting approximately an hour and a half for the last shuttle is not customer service — it is completely unacceptable. It was also impossible to reach the hotel by phone at that time. I will never rely on this hotel or its shuttle again, and I cannot recommend it to anyone. The rooms themselves are fine, and the hotel is quite large. However, there was no water in our room when we arrived, so we had to go back downstairs to ask for it. Fortunately, the staff at reception gave us some. The man working at reception was very unfriendly and seemed visibly annoyed, as though we had done something wrong simply by checking in. The rest of the staff were generally friendly. Breakfast was average.

The house keeping staff were great.

Make sure to include breakfast when reserving.

1. Stayed using park and fly with nights on both ends. AC freezing in both rooms. Adjusting did nothing. No hot water in the shower. Staff could not have cared less. 2. Parking was a nightmare. Cars parked everywhere including in the road blocking it. 3. Bar-tap beer sour. Anything you eat or drink has 9% tax and 18% gratuity and surly service. One beer ended up to be over $11. 4. Bar menu prices on website are eons old. Chix Caesar salad on website menu $17 but on the menu at the bar was $26 plus the 27%!!! We ended up walking to a great and friendly Mexican restaurant instead. 5 . I was on crutches and asked for a room near the elevator. They gave me the one 2nd farthest away. No one offered any help. 6. When leaving we waited more than 10 minutes for the staff to open the gate and had to walk back into the hotel twice to ask again. 7. Will never stay here or recommend. The airport shuttle drivers, on the other hand were super cool! 8. The first clue should have been that no one ever answers the phone when you call

Very nice option for hotels near airport. We usually stay at The Hyatt but booked. Pullman has a restaurant that stays open late. Really nice!

The Breakfast is a fair variety of options. The room is slightly dated, as giving older Miami vibes. It is a well maintained hotel for its age. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Tomorrow the 26th of July will make 2 weeks since I’ve stayed Pullman and I haven’t received my deposit back and haven’t even gotten a email saying why or when!. But everything else was nice
