The property was cleaned….front desk was helpful ..but the lady I think her name was kiki that served breakfast should be considered for top management somewhere…when I tell u she went the extra mile for everyone in the breakfast area.she made the stay top teir

The parking structure payment needs to be a lot clearer on your website and to all third-party vendors looking for you while I was there several people did not understand and it took issue with the parking policy cuz a lot of us believe that parking was included to find out that it wasn't and it was $40 a day and then some other convoluted conversation I was cool I have the money to cover it but that's just something you may want to be a little bit clearer on in the future

Buena recepción. Excelente la ubicación del hotel. Restaurantes cercas, parque Piedmont, Ponce City Market, Teatro Fox. Área caminable y segura. Personal atento.

Clean room, friendly staff, and the breakfast bar was amazing and a large variety. I would most definitely highly recommend!
