The charming boutique hotel Elephant Corridor is situated in the small, tranquil village of Kimbissa, only four kilometres away from the famous and impressive rock fortress of Sigiriya, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the most important sites of Sri Lankan history. The ancient city of Dambulla, home of the largest and best preserved cave temple of Sri Lanka, the Golden Temple, can be reached within a 20-minute drive. The luxurious suites of the hotel are scattered throughout the property, providing ultimate relaxation and privacy. They are beautifully appointed with Egyptian cotton sheets, hand-carved granite and fitted tiles from Italy. Every suite has its own plunge pool. The hotel is perfectly integrated into the environment, and wild elephants and peacocks can be found strolling around. Guests can work out in the fitness centre or relax in the wonderful spa area.
