Great location, super clean rooms (cleanest hotel bathroom ever!), comfy beds. The carpets in the elevator and hallways really need to be replaced and the room doors are so loud, my neighbours woke me up with their coming and going.

The property is clean , pretty, right across the street from the beach. The staff is friendly and efficient. There is plenty of parking and access to the White Rock attractions.

Great with exception of noise level in the morning

Highly recommend!

Very nice property

good

The hotel itself was nice. The underground parking was limited and tight. Our room was great, but a bit awkward on the patio as it had the neighboring guest suit picture window faced our rooms patio. Bit of a fish bowl effect. Other than that, our stay was pleasant.

Beautiful view

Our stay at Ocean Promenade Hotel was very enjoyable overall. The room was clean and up to date, and the showers were amazing. The location is truly hard to beat, sitting right across the street from the water and directly on the main boulevard with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff were fantastic at check-in and very welcoming, taking the time to give us lots of helpful information about the town. We also appreciated having a cafe attached to the hotel. The only real issue we had was parking, as a spot in the underground lot is not guaranteed and there are more rooms than stalls. Since that was the case for us, we had to deal with the headache of finding street parking, which can take time on a busy day and may be a bit of a walk from the hotel. On top of that, street parking means having to pay until it becomes free overnight, then either paying again or moving the vehicle in the morning, which we did not appreciate. That said, we would absolutely stay here again. The location alone is worth it, and if this is one of the only hotels left in White Rock, it is definitely a place to keep in mind.
