We had a great stay- the location was fantastic and right at the center of Innsbruck- and walkable from most of the places to visit around. The hotel staff was helpful as well and the breakfast had great options too

Great location and a lovely room. The pool and hot tub were great and the breakfast was fantastic. It was helpful being able to leave our luggage after we had checked out.

Lovely hotel, excellent value. Staff exceedingly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. Dinner reservations weren’t available at the hotel restaurant and the recommended alternative was a fun and lively Biergarten that we all enjoyed! Top floor pool was lovely, especially in this heat. Front desk staff went out of their way to help with unrelated travel snafus, both for us and also for other guests (as I happened to overhear). Would highly recommend.

This is a great Hotel and has everything you will need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is really good and there is a large selection of items, and beverages. Checkin was simple and with Marla's help for what stores are nearby and how the garage operated, we were able to get around easily.

Nice stay and Staff were great. The rooms were large and clean and the Hotel was responsive with pre-arrival requests. It is a great location close to everything. Breakfast was very good and their dinner restaurant was attentive with a great meal. Only downside was the hot tub on the roof was not working, but the pool was fun.

Easy walk from train station and steps away from the old town centre. Staff were super friendly, easy check in and quick response to any request. Lots of comfy leather chairs in the lobby. Real treat was hot tub on the roof. Great breakfast too!
