Verbleef bij vrienden

The hotel was very clean but a renovation is overdue. Some of the carpet tiles in the bedroom and passageways had lifted. The rooms had all the facilities and amenities required and overall presented very good value for money. A special shoutout to Steven who was extremely helpful at reception. He also encouraged us to attend a local festival which was a great experience.

Requested a non-smoking room. Placed on a floor that was half smoking and half non-smoking. Our “non”smoking room smelled terrible like cigarette smoke. Slept with windows open, smell did not improve. Entire floor smelled like cigarette smoke. Offered to change rooms on a different floor, from one to two separate rooms. Not a practical option for families with kids.

The hotel was pleasant. Access to views 24/7, room to relax. Currency exchange in house. Staff was kind and helpful. Rooms are large and clean. Amenities are easily accessible. We have enjoyed Mystays best so far on our trip.

Mystays is conveniently located near the airport and provides shuttle buses to and from their hotel, to both the airport, Narita station and Aeon mall. It runs frequently. The room was well equipped with 2 bottles of water, pajamas, extra toiletries such as a bathing cloth, toothbrush, facial products to follow a face care regimen etc. Breakfast had a lot of variety and costs 2640 JYN per person. The convenient store is open 24 hours and was our go to upon arrival from the airport. The gym was fully equipped but unfortunately only opens at 8am. Overall, I enjoyed my time at this hotel and would both recommend it and stay again.

The hallway on the 5th floor had a strong smell of smoke and mildew, and the bathroom had a noticeable urine odor. Even after I cleaned it with Clorox, the smell didn’t go away. I asked the front desk to have it cleaned more thoroughly, but unfortunately, there was no improvement. We ended up buying an air freshener, which helped make the bathroom more tolerable. On the positive side, the room itself was clean and spacious, making it comfortable for our family of four

I always stay at MYSTAYS when I have a layover in Narita. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean, the breakfast buffet is huge! An added bonus is the 24-hr, well-stocked convenience store. The location is very close to the airport and there are hourly airport shuttle buses.
