The hotel is a short walk from Times Square, very close to 6th Avenue's business and media corridor. Located on a quiet stretch of West 44th Street, between 6th and 7th Avenues, this property is close to Radio City Music Hall and the Rockefeller centre. It is surrounded by Broadway houses and Central Park is just a 15-minute walk away. The hotel has 100 apartments and 30 studios. It is fully air-conditioned and offers a 24-hour check-out, lift access, Internet access, and a laundry service. Each unit offers a TV in the living room and bedroom, a washing machine, and dryer, wooden flooring. A hairdryer, a telephone, a radio, a hi-fi system, a fridge, an oven, a microwave, tea-making facilities, an ironing set, and a king-size bed all come as standard. Central heating is provided and the air conditioning is individually adjustable. There is an on-site gym. Housekeeping service is included once per week.
