This was a very cute cat themed B&B. When we were there they had 7 cats! the cats were all very friendly and we did not notice any smells or problems with them.
The morning food was delicious.
The area is safe but if walking from the bus stop along the main road you'll need to be careful when you have all of your luggage as the street vendors can take up the entire sidewalk and the road can be somewhat busy.
The local restaurants close somewhat early so plan on going to dinner by 5 to have more options.
Overall clean and spacious room with a great shower that is just a little walk from all Shuishe has to offer.

Any hotel that has cats gets an automatic 10 from me! But seriously, I absolutely loved this hotel, out of my all my stays in Taiwan this was my favorite stay! The property was clean, the hostess spoke perfect English and the hotel was situated near everything but was in a quiet area so there was little to no street noise. I’m definitely staying at this hotel the time I’m in Sun Moon Lake!

The room was so clean and plenty of space. Owner and staffs are so friendly. They gave the directions where we wanted to go. They also provide tickets to buy. The breakfast was so good.

Lovely. Very comfortable with excellent, friendly service. Good breakfast (but we would have liked more choices) ... a light breakfast option would be ideal. A very lovely property and the cats are a delight.
