Super value Federation era Self-Contained Holiday Apartments close to the centre of Katoomba. (Please note that check in is at Katoomba Town Centre Motel 224 Katomba Street, 1 minute drive or 4 minute walk from the apartments) 1 bedroom apartments have bedroom with Queen size bed, lounge (with single sofa bed)full kitchen, bathroom (shower over bath), and dining room or dining area. 2 bedroom apartment has master bedroom with King size bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed, lounge with 2 single sofa beds full kitchen, bathroom, (shower over bath), and dining room. Kitchens are fully equiped with stove, microwave, fridge/freezer etc. All apartments have gas and electric heating, electric blankets, all linen supplied together with self-cook breakfasts. Fans and air conditioning for cooling. At the rear of the property is a gas bbq with outdoor eating area, guest laundry (coin op) and spa suite with 2 person corner spa. There is parking on the property and on the street outside. Milroy Apartments are a 2-3 minute walk to the RSL and the restaurants, bars, cafes and shops of Katoomba. It is a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to 3 Sisters, Echo Point, Scenic World, Aquatic Centre, The Edge Cinema.
