After one hour of checking into our room and laying on the bed, I began to start to itch and felt like I was getting bit by something. I discovered there were bed bugs in our bed and immediately went down to the front desk for a refund due to our disbelief at the dirtiness of the rooms to have bed bugs. The manager came up and inspected the room and then said they cannot refund, but they would change the room. No way I was going to stay in any room at this unsanitary hotel. It was the worst hotel experience of my life and I wasted $65 to get bit by bed bugs for one hour!! Please stay away from this Hotel chain, they are not worth it at all.

It’s very close to China town, there’s also a My busket mini supermarket nearby. But the disadvantage is that it’s a bit far from the train station.

The hotel was nice and the area surrounding it was also great, china town in yokohama has many restaurants and a vibrant atmosphere with many people and even more food!
