Verbleven bij familie · Voor vrienden en familie

I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I specifically reserved a room with two double beds for my family, but when I arrived, my reservation had been changed to a room with one king bed and an uncomfortable sofa bed. I was never notified of this change in advance. What bothered me the most was the complete lack of communication. Had I been informed before arriving, I could have made other arrangements. Instead, after driving over three hours with a baby, I arrived to find there were no other options available because the hotel had overbooked. My family ended up uncomfortable for the two nights. It felt like the hotel prioritized accommodating returning guests over honoring my confirmed reservation as a new guest. While I understand that overbooking can happen, failing to communicate such a significant change is unacceptable. I expected much better customer service and consideration for my family. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression, and I would think twice before staying here again.

Staff was nice , rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. The only thing we didn’t like was there was no pool area, just an indoor pool. Location was not bad just a tall building on the corner, would of liked an outdoor area.
