Mi estadía fue muy buena. Me encantó la ubicación del hotel, la limpieza de las habitaciones y en general el ambiente. Lo único que quisiera mencionar es que en el área del restaurante el servicio de los alimentos puede mejorar. Cuando los huéspedes llegan, no siempre se atiende en el orden de llegada, incluso cuando se notifica. El personal hizo el ajuste cuando lo comenté, pero considero que sería ideal contar con más personal para que el servicio sea más organizado. Gracias.

The property is at a perfect spot, the staff are friendly, kind and always treated us with respect.

Comenzando con el área exterior, demasiados deambulantes en el área, el ruido es demasiado fuerte ya a las 5:00 am ahí no se puede dormir más, desde los camiones, motoras y aviones ya q está muy cerca a un aeropuerto. En la noche los huéspedes de las habitaciones contiguas, se escucha TODO. El área del desayuno muy incómodo porque tienen unos jacuzzis innecesarios que ocupan el lugar donde sería mejor colocar mesas. El desayuno no hay más q 2 opciones y si no llegas antes de las 9:30 no café alcanza, todo demasiado controlado en cantidad. Las meseras nada amables, solo un chico mesero que nos atendió algunos días fue más amable. La habitación con jacuzzi amplio y limpio , solo que la temperatura del agua en la ducha era extremadamente caliente y no se podía poner tibia.

Bueno para el precio, incluye desayuno.

Great hotel with friendly staff and excellent service. However, the area outside the hotel can be very noisy, especially on weekends when street activity and loud music often continue until around 3:00 a.m. Unfortunately, the windows appear to have little to no sound insulation, and there are even visible gaps in some areas, so noise from traffic and nearby venues can be quite noticeable when trying to sleep. Another issue was the availability of towels. It seemed that the hotel did not always have enough towels available for daily housekeeping. On several occasions, after my room had been cleaned, there were no bath or hand towels left in the room, and replacements were delivered several hours later. At times, after washing my hands, I had no hand towel available and had to dry them on my clothing while waiting for fresh towels to arrive. Breakfast starts relatively late, at 7:30 a.m., but that is only when they begin taking orders. After ordering, we usually had to wait another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. We had scheduled activities everyday of our stay, so we had to choose between being late or skipping breakfast. The hotel should consider offering a buffet with food ready at 7:30 a.m., or taking orders in advance so breakfast can actually be served starting at 7:30. Overall, the staff and service were excellent, but improvements to soundproofing and housekeeping logistics would significantly enhance the guest experience.

Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel y su edificación, pero lo que definitivamente tienen que mejorar, son las opciones del desayuno, y las instalaciones del área del mismo, les falta mucho mas espacios, pues al momento en llega un buen número de huéspedes, los espacios quedan limitados, y a eso hay que sumarle el hecho de que los huéspedes tengan que estar limitados literalmente a las dos únicas opciones impuestas por el hotel, sin que puedan tener ninguna la posibilidad de elegir nada más. En definitiva less falta variedad y por ende mas opciones.

Very unconfortable and no sitable to stay!

It was a very disappointing experience. The biggest issue is the location. The hotel is directly next to a busy street, and the noise is constant day and night. You can clearly hear people talking outside, cars, buses, and motorcycles at all hours, including early in the morning. It was extremely difficult to get proper rest. If you are looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, this is not the place. To make matters worse, the bed sheets were dirty upon arrival. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and housekeeping standards. Breakfast was very basic and underwhelming. The options were limited and did not reflect what you would expect from a hotel of this category. We also had dinner one night at the rooftop restaurant, and the service was unacceptable. The waiter did not know the menu at all. We asked three very simple questions about the dishes, and he had no answers. He seemed completely unprepared, which made the dining experience frustrating and unprofessional. Overall, the hotel fell far below expectations due to the constant noise, cleanliness issues, poor breakfast quality, and lack of proper staff training. I would not stay here again
