Very good and exactly as described. Good price and it meets its purpose.
Be aware Japan still offers smoking rooms. I booked a smoking room by mistake because I wasn't used to look for it. My mistake, not the hotel's. Good stay.

The staff were wonderful. The beds are futons and bit too firm for me but otherwise the hotel is extremely clean. Breakfast was terrific. First floor laundry and the ability to check if washers or dryers were available right from the room TV was very convenient! I would definitely go back.

Close to Yokota AB and the train station! Staff is very friendly, room and facilities were clean, and breakfast was tasty. There is paid parking on premise and if it is full, there are other lots just a couple blocks away so no worries for those with cars. Highly recommend for the area and price :)
