It was the best for the price I paid.

1) 체크인은 미리 온라인으로 해가면 어려움 없이 들어갈수 있어서 불편함이 없었고, 오히려 무인이라 출입할때 자유로운 느낌 이었습니다. 2) 직원과의 소통은 이메일 회신하기를 이용하였는데 답장을 금방 해주셔서 괜찮았습니다. 화재경보가 울려 숙박하는 손님들이 다 대피하는 일이 있었는데 빨리 직원에게 연락을 책임지고 하는 손님이 없고 119 어떻게 불러야 하는지 몰라 다들 당황스러웠으나 다행히 소방차가 바로 출동하였고, 이메일로 직원에게 문의하였고 어떤 객실에서 실수로 연기감지가 된것이라는 답변을 바로 받을수 있었습니다. 3) 주방, 화장실, 욕실, 세면대, 세탁실이 있어서 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 성인1, 중학생2명이었는데 침대 3개가 있는 객실이라 너무 편하게 이용하였습니다. 4) 다만 빨래를 널곳이 적당치 않아서 옷걸이 이용하여 욕조에있는 바에 걸고 송풍 틀어놓았는데 그렇게 하는게 맞는건지 잘 모르겠었고, 그것에 대한 안내가 있으면 좋겠습니다. 세탁세제를 준비하는 손님이 없을것같으니 일회용 세제를 구비하거나 판매하는 자판기 등이 있으면 좋겠습니다. 장소도 적당하고 로손, 패밀리마트 편의점이 바로 옆에 있어서 너무 편하고 좋았습니다. 다시 묶고 싶은 숙소이고 주위사람들에게 추천하겠습니다^^

It was horrible. The lock on the door was broken. They did come and fix it quickly but it broke again 3 days later. We were 3 females traveling so we just decided to leave. It was not safe for us to remain there with a broken front door lock The bed was hard as a rock. We still have back pain. Just don’t

The room was musty, there was nothing to cook with , only had 1 plate, few coffee mugs, fork and a spoon. The bed was so uncomfortable, stains on the futons.

11층이었는데 훌륭한 도시 뷰, 적당히 걸어서 페리까지 갈 수 있는 곳, 도시 둘러보기 좋은 위치였습니다. 방, 발코니, 화장실 모두 깨끗하고 훌륭했어요

Room was very clean. Kitchen was very well equipped and amenities were provided. Air conditioning and heater was working well. There were no staff (self check in and check out with the ipad). The only issue was that the hot water was not working well and this can be improved. Otherwise, it was a good stay

Clean room

Our stay was very good. The management personnel may not be present at the lobby all the time but they are very reaponsive and immediately attended to our request/needs. At one point our main door automatic lock malfunctioned and we asked the management to send someone to help us and they did. They also constantly communicated with us regarding our upcoming stay days before our arrival. Instructions to the equipment found in the hotel was provided, I just hope this was mentioned in their email earlier. The room is spacious with enough amenities for a comfortable short stay. The neighborhood ia quiet and is accessible to different means of transport. I would just like to point some points for improvement. I hope there will be a clothesline for drying clothes after being machine washed. It would be okay to have scissors in addition to the knife. Overall, I would recommend this place.

Very comfortable compare to business hotel. and safety anf privacy is better. The other option like air conditioner and auto Washing machine is good . Looks like my house condition. Not worried about to stay. I will stay if i visit fukuoka again.. There are near convience store like family mart and 7-eleven and lawson . There is near Nakasu-kawabata metro station . It takes 10 minutes by walk.
