The hotel is located in Bur Dubai, in the heart of Dubai's financial district. Numerous banks, airline offices, shopping malls and Dubai's famous Meena Bazar, are all situated nearby. The residence is also a ten-minute drive from the International Exhibition Centre, not far from Burjuman Shopping Mall and 10 km away from Dubai International Airport. This property will prove to be a smart choice for different types of travel, due to its convenient location and comfortable accommodation. The modern façade blends in with the other building on the street and it comprises a total of 140 rooms. All accommodation units are equipped with a minibar, a television set and individually adjustable air conditioning. Parking is avilable as paid service, charges - Aed 25/- perday. free wifi availabe in only lobby area, paid wifi in rooms. Please note that the hotel accommodates only married couples and families.
