There is a sum of $40 as cleansing fee to be paid directly to the guest house at the time of check-in. When check-in, the guest house enforced an exact $11 as miscellaneous fee. This $11 was never mentioned under the website of Hotels.com. When I paid $60 in money notes, the guest house refused to give me back the change of $9 and said to keep $9 as tips.
