Built in 1600, this family-friendly Guest House B&B has been expertly restored and is part of the majestic ancient Palazzo Barbarigo. The Palace consists of 2 floors: a large staircase takes guests from the ground floor, with a small and pleasant reception, to a grand second floor where all of the beautiful rooms are situated. The well-appointed bedrooms are tastefully decorated in 18th century Venetian style and some of them open to a terrace with a delightful view of a typical canal, where gondolas glide by. The venue is located in a quiet and atmospheric area, very close to St. Mark's Square, La Fenice Theatre and Calle 22 Marzo, at one of the most elegant shopping streets of Venice. The nearest waterbus stop is Santa Maria del Giglio, located at just a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Due to this great location guests will be steps away from a charming small restaurant or a busy bar.
