Affording a unique location at the heart of the Peneda/Gerês National Park, this hotel offers guests breath-taking views out over the Cávado River and the Caniçada dam. Guests may enjoy the wonderful scenery and beautiful sunsets that are reflected in the river's waters whilst relaxing on the hotel terrace with a delicious appetiser or when on an evening stroll through the hotel gardens. A total of 29 rooms are available on offer at this air-conditioned complex. All of them are fitted with central heating and other modern amenities. Guests may enjoy the hotel's swimming pool and tennis courts. Family games are organised and the surrounding area offers many more leisure options such as fishing (in the dam), tours of the national park (with or without a guide), horse riding, hiking, shooting, water sports (also in the dam) and boat trips.
