No more than 5 minutes' walk from the Spanish Steps, the location of the charming 3-star Cecil Hotel could not be any better. Historical attractions such as Piazza Navona or Trevi Fountain are within easy walking distance whereas notable shopping streets such as Via Veneto, del Corso or Condotti are also just a few minutes away. Housed in a 16th century townhouse, the hotel exudes a passion for history, elegance and culture, managing to balance an aura of the past (antique paintings, furniture, 18th century entrance) with today's modern comforts. All guestrooms at the Cecil have been soundproofed and feature individually-controlled air-conditioning, digital satellite TV with programmes in 9 languages, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and safe. Public areas include a terrace with panoramic views, a spacious lobby and a very pleasant lobby bar reminiscent of 60's/70's Rome.
