The room is big for 4 people to stay but doesn’t have enough furniture to store travelers’ stuffs; all stuffs were placed on the floor.

Booked this place from America after seeing the location is right on the river but we were really disappointed. We can speak and understand Vietnamese language. Entering the property it’s homestay not really hotel where no front desk service but there was an old lady told us impolitely and told us to REMOVE THE SHOES even at the lobby. There are no elevators and our room was located on third floor wearing the slippers they provided cause no our shoes are allowed and their slippers are really slippery walking to third floor. Luckily all of us were young so it wasn’t as terrible but anyone that older or have legs problem cant walk like that with provided slippers. That old lady is really mean and loud talk. Room was EXTREMELY HOT, AC wasnt on before we got in and its in 98F in Hoi An, the card to open the room is inserted for POWER, if you leave the room you have to remove that card its meaning you will be HOT when back to the room in almost 100F. My cousin rented in last minutes near by this place and half price of what we paid but had better service. In general this is one of the worst paid experience we had on Expedia.

The room was a nice size, clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was very nice. Unfortunately we had multiple issues with our door lock/key that took some time to resolve. We also found that the front desk was not consistently attended, and no suggestions were offered for attractions/restaurants in our area.

This is a very functional hotel at a cheap price. Its best feature is its location, so close to Ancient Town, night market, the river and lanterns and a multitude of tailors. The room was clean, we had a room with 2 queen beds and a bathroom, with balcony. It was very good for the price. The only downside to this place is there is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs

There is no elevator so you need to carry suitcase up. The location was excellent as it was near the market and river where the lanterns are. Many restaurants and shops walking distance. The price was great for the quality of motel. The rooms were large and clean and modern.

Tap was not attached to the counter. No where to sit on the balcony. But the beds were comfy. And the location was spectacular

Staff helpful

There was no pool at this hotel. Although it said that breakfast was available, we didn’t see any place to get food. I think you have to ask to have the room cleaned and fresh towels daily. We left one night early due to the flooding and the owner got a boat and paid for it so we could get out which was really appreciated. They even brought us some beer to drink while we were stuck in the room which was nice because they couldn’t get the tv to work. Overall, it was ok for the price (even though we did not get a refund for the last night, and we were charged for the water in the room while we were stuck in there due to the flood)

Location was right next to night market! So noisy street at times. No elevator so no wheelchair access. They burn incense and can be irritant for people who have breathing issues. They do not clean rooms unless you ask.

This property looks brand new and is in perfect condition. My wife and I stayed here February 2025 had a really good experience. everything is within walking distance right outside your hotel. Hoi An is the most incredible little time with bustling night life.
