Hotel was nice, but check in could be smoother with more staff on hand, but staff was friendly.

Good breakfast

Grat location near C Train and walkable to downtown.

The room, the bathroom and the kitchen were great. It has dishwasher too. The slight issue is the water from the shower is not fully flown, not so much coming out. We don't know if this is because of water efficiency or the setting is not right. The breakfast is good, but we went there for 6 days and some of the food are cold, don't know why. The only one has the correct temperature is the hash brown/potatoes. The chicken sausages, pork sausages, the vegan steak and the scramble eggs are always cold. Looks like they were cooked few hours ago or the heated pans are not working. For 6 days in a row, the choices are 90% the same. They do scramble eggs all the time, they can actually change from scramble eggs, to sunny side up or something else. Boring if you stay in 6 days. Also chicken sausages and pork sausages are 6 days in a row. The chef should be more creative with the food variety.

Great hotel to stay at! The breakfast in the morning is totally worth waking up for! So good! Only thing I would recommend to travellers is using the indigo parking if you do not want to pay for valet parking. The valet is super nice and convenient, don't get me wrong, but with inflation, I'll take the indigo parking. Very friendly staff and we felt very welcomed! Thank you for the great experience!

The hotel appeared to be operating well beyond capacity. Elevators were effectively unusable, with guests waiting 30+ minutes. I came across elderly guests climbing/descending 10–20+ flights of stairs to reach their rooms or check out. The front staff did not show much empathy, as if it is a regular occurrence. Quite embarrassing.

Great place

Pros: Clean and well-maintained Cons: Breakfast leaves much to be desired (considering the high nightly rate charged). The water pressure of the shower is not that great.

Amazing experience.

Clean rooms, very friendly staff and Valet service. Good amenities on site, and within walking distance to hotel.
