Very disappointed by this hotel. Not clean. Towels were not changed. Smell really bad. And even if you complain nothing is done. Never again

Very pleasent and comfortable stay, good choice for breakfast , nice location.

Easy walkable to Arch and train stations. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and helpful whether it was for extra coffee or calling a taxi for us. We felt safe and in the middle of fun. There are multiple brasseries nearby as well as as a marche. Harry was very clean and had a beautiful garden view and patio. It was the perfect home grounds for our Paris visit.

Very clean and easy check in/out. Room was pretty spacious for Paris at the applicable price level. Temperature level in the shower was a bit temperamental (towards hot).

Despite its 4-star claim, my experience at this hotel fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, there was no assistance with luggage, and staff provided minimal guidance when asked for help. The room lacked basic amenities—there was no refrigerator, the water had a strong sulfur smell, and the air conditioning did not work. The television was outdated, and the remote was nonfunctional. Additionally, there was ongoing construction directly in front of the property, making it difficult to rest. No room service was available, and even simple requests (such as a bottle opener) could not be accommodated. The bathroom was unclean with grime in the shower. Considering the price and advertised rating, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. I decided against a longer stay and moved to a nearby 3-star hotel just ten minutes away, which offered a far superior stay: they sent a car for pickup, handled all my luggage, provided snacks upon arrival, and offered modern amenities including a smart TV, working fridge, and reliable working air conditioning that cooled the room. The staff there were genuinely welcoming, and the room was both cleaner and more comfortable—all at half the price I paid at Royal Garden. In my opinion, Royal Garden’s rating and pricing are not justified. I left feeling misled and dissatisfied with the value and service provided. I do believe I was scammed. I have been treated better at American Motels.
