The hotel is very close to public transport like monorail, good to access to almost all parts of KL. Hotel staffs are efficient. Hotel quite clean, cleanliness is there. Conveniet and quiet to shopping centres within walkable distance. The only comment, many areas of the wooden built on wall as shelves /table need maintain, sealand wear off. Wooden can fall off anytime. Besides that all good. Thank you for providing service.

Overall it was good but during my previous stay it was very properly vacumm and clean. This time, i found bit of cashew nut and tissue paper beside the bed and the carpet was not properly vacumm. Just take proper note and action. TQ

I stayed 6 times in this hotel. good location and clean. this time i found bit problem. they allocate me room number 918 but intercom connections was available there. and no remote control for AC. ac was loud. as a loyal customer i deserve more better service.
