It was a bit noisy at night time, but that just added to the lively atmosphere! The ladies chatted all night till 3am - no soundproof walls. Unfortunately, the linens weren't quite ready when we checked in, but maybe the laundry facility was just a bit behind schedule. Despite that, the place was clean. The breakfast was good, and the front desk staff were absolutely fantastic!

When booking this room it indicated there was a 24 hour reception. However when I got to the hotel in the evening, the door was locked and no one appeared when I rang what looked like a buzzer. It was dark and there was a photo on the door indicating that a sister property was 100 metres away. I could not find the other property based on the photo provided. I eventually found it after wondering down the wrong streets. The instructions on the door should have read to cross the intersection on the same street and on the same side of the street. In addition the advertisement should indicate this property does not have 24-hour reception and you may have to go to a nearby property. In addition an email should be sent at least 24 hours in advance advising of this along with explicit directions on how to find to the other property. And that reception will give you entry codes for the front door and your room. The room itself was very small with 8-10 inches for walking at the foot of the bed and about 12-18 inches on the sides of the bed. The bathroom was very small with a tiny sink and almost no room on the vanity. The shower was a decent size. I had to walk up 2.5 narrow flights of stairs and this could be an issue if you have limited mobility or carrying luggage. The room was clean

Great location, near the beach and next to the subway. Gentleman at checkin was very helpful. Very clean apartment.

Easy check-in . Clean room, aircon was spot on! Bed was comfy and they had me checked in early. The location of the property is right next to their tram systems so it can get noisy. Stayed only 1 night instead of the 8 days due to family emergency. And yet they offered no refund whatsoever. Lost out on money. Heads up, the reception is located opposite road. There is a tourism tax you pay on your arrival which they dont tell you at all..

Good location and only a short walk to the beach with plenty of restaurants nearby. The bakery downstairs is convenient for coffee/breakfast. Room was very compact but enough space to store my luggage and comfortable for a short stay.

I stayed in a property 1/2 block away from the main property. It was fantastic! Two queen beds, one in a private bedroom. Super clean, comfortable beds and pillows, nice sheets, great shower, huge kitchen which I didn’t need but it was nice, all up-to-date. This would be a great place for a family of four including a room that would let kids run around. Both TVs were really great with lots and lots of channels. It has some interesting Decor that was fun like a cabin. But what was the best part? The BUFFET in the main building! It was amazing. Holy Cow! The coffee machine had 8 types of freshly made coffee. I had the Americano. I wish I had stayed here the whole time I was in Porto. I will next time. Highly recommend for everybody. Met a lot of nice people, some were walking the Camino, great conversations. It was lovely. A+++

Room was clean although a very small and basic location was ideal plenty of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, Metro station right outside. Perfect for a 3/4 night stay.

Very cute property and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. There is a restaurant right down stairs and it can get a little loud with the diners outside so if you want it quiet this might not be the spot for you, they also should provide the name of the receptionist area when they message you with the check in instructions cause we had some trouble finding the place to check in when the uber dropped us off.

Me and my friends all had the most amazing experience. The staff were friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful with all of our questions and requests. The cleaning of the rooms was impeccable and the overall quality made a wonderful impression on our stay here.
