There was no housekeeping service. We left every day by 9am and during our week long stay, housekeeping showed up once to hastily make the beds.

The hotel was conveniently located and very clean. All of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Because of the weather and downpours, we decided to eat in at Monks- and the service was phenomenal as well as the food! Definitely glad we stayed.

Clean and modern. Enomous bathroom. Nice mattress. Great parking, only $12 for self parking in the back of the building. Great location, in the centre of Ithaca and 5 minutes drive to Connell.
