Alleenstaand verblijf

The trial of collecting your own drinking water from the lobby. And they have the audacity to say 'it's free'. A bit primitive and arrogant to treat customers this way. 'it is because of the drought'?? Pardon, ten people died in record floods weeks before. Treat customers with respect please. Now the staff are fantastic, bar restaurant and reception went the extra mile despite some silly rules.

Seems to be one of the more expensive Town Lodges across the country and not much more than you woukd get at any other hotel. Qhy does the mere position of Cape Town make them able to charge more? No restaurants within walking distance. Breakfasts are exorbitantly priced.

We came in at 12 from the air-port but still the reception was friendly smiling and it took 30 seconds and we were on our way to our room. We stay at the Lodge quite regularly and must say the "new" updated look is great. It looks much more business like and the colors blends in well.

Except for the noisy guest, the renovation taking place did not affect my stay. Unfortunately the rooms are not designed to keep noisy guest sounds out.

The lodge is busy with a major upgrade but still they catered for the fact that the restaurant and "bar" is closed for upgrades. Staff still very helpful and friendly so always a pleasure staying at the lodge.

The hotel is not what you are selling on the app. Old and noise arcondion, no breakfast room, build in renovation. I had to pay for the airport to hotel transfer while in the app appears as being their service.
