Fantastisch
This place has a great location and the best amenity you could ask for and dragging your luggage all the way there, an ELEVATOR (for luggage only)! The breakfast was excellent with gluten free options for celiacs. Our only problem was that is it was insanely hot and they didn’t have the ac on before our at oval so the room was stifling. It took hours to cool down and then stayed around 78 degrees. They had no fans to offer. The other problem was that the extra bed (we had a triple bed) was pretty uncomfortable. The staff was very helpful and coordinated our porter (luggage carrier) to the bus station for us and gave directions for the fastest/cheapest way to the airport. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

The staff was great, the room was great but the restroom could have some improvement, there was leak spots from the restroom above us. The check in was simple even though we got there after hours.

The only recommendation that I have for room 14 will be to check the size of the shower it was very small in size for people to be able to bend comfortably while showering specially for someone tall or even a bit overweight it’s hard to move around while showering

Stay away. Better pay a little more and stay in a decent hotel. This hotel has mold on bathroom ceiling, bedding is terrible. Sofa bed is un-usable. Sound insulation is non existent. You can hear people walking in the street, above you and next to you room. Management tries to rip you off every chance they get. We booked a room (2 twin beds or 1 queen). When we arrived they gave us 1 queen and said 2 twin bed room was not availble. But they happily offered a tripple room for a double rate. If you want a decent vacation book a better hotel.

STOP - read through the reviews and look at the photographs very carefully. Our room was so small we had to go outside to change our minds - I know a tired old joke, but this is a tired old establishment. I would challenge the hotel to put a photo of this room on their site - a bit of honesty goes a long way. The room was so small and depressing that we chose to spend as little time as possible anywhere near it. Black mould on the wall, coat hangers covered in dust, a shower that fell off the wall repeatedly - bright spots - the wifi worked and the room was serviced each day. Hotels.com have been very helpful and responsive but they are doing their customers a diservice having a low quality hotel such as this. Leaving early and returning late we never saw any staff and on checking out handed our keys to what we thought was one of the housekeeping staff. To be avoided - there are many choices in Venice and you would be better served shopping around and spending a little more if necessary. This almost ruined our Venice stay. Long time Hotels.com user.

It’s a solid option given its price. Only complaint was the bedroom was REALLY small - but that’s probably more to do with my budget than the hotel. But the location, staff and breakfast were great.

Puili at the front office was wonderful very helpful made our trip a lot easier always smiling and friendly Breakfast was very good. Clean and comfortable room. Great location easy walking lots of shops and restaurants
