For bookings with breakfast included, breakfast will be provided for 2 people only.

Children 4-11 years old will be charged THB 300 per child per day for breakfast upon arrival when using existing bedding.

Children 4-11 years old will be charged THB 883 per child per day upon arrival when staying in Rock Royalty & Gold Suite room types and accessing club lounge.

The Rock Royalty Lounge Benefits are included when guest booked to stay in Rock Royalty City/Sea View, Silver Suite Family City/Sea, Gold Suite, Platinum Suite and Rock Star Suite.

An additional charge of THB 1,500 or THB 1,765 per night will apply for a third or extra person exceeding the standard occupancy, depending on the selected room type.

Halal breakfast is available on advanced request.

All guestrooms at this property are non-smoking. Smoking in the room will incur a charge of THB 5,000.

The credit card used for payment at the time of booking needs to be shown upon check-in.

A cash security deposit of THB 1,000 per room per night is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. In case using a credit card deposit, the refund process could take about 2 weeks.

When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

To enhance our property and services, we would like to inform you that we’ll continue with our property renovation works as follows:

Guest rooms will be renovated floor by floor, 2 floors at a time, starting from 1st May 2026 until August 2026.

Elevators will be replaced and upgraded, one at a time, from 1st May until the end of January 2026.

There will be construction noise daily, 10am to 5pm. Apart from these areas, other hotel services will remain operational as normal.
